OK, regardless of venue, this seems like something we should do. 

Here's a suggestion: The Presentations Guy should try and co-ordinate
with the presenters to make sure that collectively they don't go over an
hour (or whatever is appropriate), and that what ever time length they
indvidually agree to (in order to fit) is not exceeded?

thoughts on that?
