He's not the only one though, I too think that accumulating funds is a bad
way to go.
Sure raise funds for a specific project and have a small kitty for
contingencies. But if you want to start handling any significant amount of
money or monetary transactions then you really, really, need a treasurer a
few rules and do annual audits at the very least, in short have very
transparent accountability.
