To support MS products, you have to know something about it.

I personally wouldn't pay $1200 for Office 2003 Pro because I can't afford
that sort of money.

I know that some people hate MS, some people love them and lots of people
sit on the fence in the middle. What position you choose to take is your own
choice.

Personally speaking since I have to know MS products as part of my job, if
MS wants to give me free software, I'll take it and not have to pay them any
money for it.

Yeah, but why do we care about that?

I have OpenOffice, and it does everything I have ever needed to do, why
would I want to sell my first born to Microsoft & even if I was given
their crap software, I would still use it for a coke can coaster.....
