[wlug_org] Welly LUG list for buy/sell/swap etc

Following the KISS principle, and add my opinion that we are not trying to set
up a new TradeMe or AuctionCity, I think Tony's idea of a simple unarchived
list with replies defaulting to the poster instead of list is a great way to
start.

I'm not convinced about the lack of an archive, I can see such a thing being
useful to go back to find a contact, or chase up someone who may have some
experience with some hardware/software, but a question on the list with an
appropriate subject would prob be as good most of the time. So no biggie.

Apart from my concern about the variety of URL's for wellylug related
sites/addresses, I think the approach Tony proposed is appropriate for a bit of
LUG based trading. 

Wot with Ewen's rules about Naos lists & advertising, I think the service he
provides for Wellylug is fantastic & don't want to see that put at risk, so the
different address for a trading list is, IMHO, a small price to pay :-)
