Hi,

I've just had a chat with Matt Frizzell at Auldhouse Computer Training --
who are the RedHat training provider in New Zealand -- and a couple of
things potentially relevant to Wellylug came up:

- he offered use of their facilities (Lumley House, Hunter Street) as 
  a venue for Wellylug if we are interested -- they've got a few
  training rooms set up for 15-25 people, and well set up for
  presentations.  It might be worth considering as a possible
  alternative venue (perhaps for some special meetings) where there are
  more presentations as it'd probably work a bit better than Lan Place
  for presentations

- he wondered if wellylug would be interested in a brief technical 
  presentation (say 10-15 minutes) from their Linux trainer about
  RedHat, and their training.  Perhaps at the February meeting.  I said
  I'd ask y'all and get back to him -- but a few people have been asking
  about possible training so it might be quite interesting to find out
  what's available and what the courses cover

Given that the next meeting is Feburary we've got a while to think about
it, but it'd probably be useful to let them know by mid January so that
they can make sure their Linux trainer is down in Wellington (he seems
to spend a lot of time flying between Wellington and Auckland :-) ).
