(My opinions - GPL "licensed" - feel free to add modify improve etc)

IMHO, you need to list who the members of the organising group (of which
you are one by de facto) are currently and *the tasks* that we are
currently organising. 

The longer term tasks (AFAIK) are:
Venue/Welcomes
Presentations
InstallFests
Website

The short/medium term tasks(it seems) are:
Skills Database
Curry Evening
Streaming Presentations
Meeting ID
List admin.

You also need to highlight the point that Tony made so succinctly the
other day which is:

"..The organising group isn't an exclusive body that has meetings behind
closed doors, all members are welcome to join in discussions and it is
intended that a new mailing list be set up for discussing Wellylug
organisational matters (just to keep it out of the main list), all
members are welcome to participate.

If a member thinks it is a good idea that the Wellylug does
such-and-such then that member should be prepared to muck in an help
implement it, at the very least be prepared to search out others who
will help do it (whatever 'it' is :-)..."

Things can and do change.

Plan Hatcher" :-) I encourage others to have similarly ridiculous
