[wlug_org] Hard-Drive for Caddy

If its all on Citylink then there probably isn't a lot of point to the 
caddy as people can download what they need from Citylink at meetings 
quicker than they can get it from the drive/caddy combo.
Perhaps we shuld offer the caddy for sale?
