[wlug_org] Hard-Drive for Caddy

Well,

It's just an idea I had. It might be a useful way of getting people to
help make decisions about stuff, especially for those who can't make to
the meetings (where it seems most decisions get made). I'd be interested
on what others on the wlug_org_team thought of this idea..

But assuming we agree that we start using the website more proactively
for community building etc, then yeah, doing a members only vote page
would be really cool if you don't mind doing it. 

Maybe you should hold fire until there is rough consensus amongst the
org_team.
