I think that once we get the vote in August, thats it..

The people have spoken.

To change again then there needs to be over 51% of membership voicing an
opinion of change to have it re-looked upon by the masses (Not the
Committee or the Not-a-committee-committee - although they are obviously
part of the masses) but once a call by 51% has gone out, they  have no
power until the outcome is decided.

We cant just keep going -- ok we will take another look at the situation
in another 6 months, and keep doing that.
