Okay, here's an idea for consideration:
1. Make wellylug an offical organisation.
2. Keep the committe system - it works, most people like it.
3. Make it that 51% of members are required to vote on spending any
money, before it can be spent. A member can be classified as someone who
uses a service of the organisation.
4. Open an bank account. Are the account charges free for an
organisation?
5. Have 3 (or more) people who are able to withdraw funds.
I'm not sure about the laws with an organisation.
The other option is to get rid of all the money, so it's just a meeting.
(hint: donate to Jedo Linux) ;-)
What does everyone think? good/bad/usless/great/confusing idea?
