I'm all for a face-to-face meeting...it generally helps when organising
things like this.

Michael's request on having a stall, and orgainse who can actually bring
demo boxes, and maby even have a look at the place to see if there is
going to be enough room for things.

Maby it's better for Michael to have a presenation time slot, that he
can demo his box, and the have advertising material at the end and
advertising through the pres...
