[wlug_org] Install Fest 2004 Webpage

Looking through http://www.wellylug.org.nz/ I can't find any mention of an
upcoming installfest. Dunno if there isn't one or just that I couldn't see it.

I know Jethro was gonna put something up with details. presentations, etc,
which may not have been completed yet, but I figure as we have a
date/time/location we could at least have a preliminary page with the venue
info & a "watch this space for more info" msg?
