That's why I used references from HP & Dreamworks which ARE publicly available.
Provided the source (URL & organisation) is cited, & trademarks referenced,
such use is not a trademark or copyright violation. In the context of the
presentation, we were looking at brief references to/examples of the types of
things currently being done with Linux, which is very much in line with the
HP/Dreamworks Linux marketing being undertaken.
