Yes, it could have been handled better but having rules to say that is HAS
to be handled better is really quite pointless.
If people cannot be decent and civil to each other then no list of rules
is going to help, confrontation is all part of human nature and it is up
to people to learn how to handle it.

My main beef isn't with having rules as such but rather the 'warm fuzzies'
way that it has been written. Nobody should have the right to tell anyone
else the ways in which they are or are not allowed to react to things that
they read ... after all this isn't 1984 or Nazi Germany is it?
