I was kind of supporting you Damon, until I read this.
 That last sentence is pretty weak dude.  Would this
be the same way in which phone-tapping without a
warrant makes America more free by stopping terrorism?

Anyway, I thought your initial effort was pretty
reasonable.  A few _guidelines_ aren't harmful, per
se, and may give newbies to the list some help fitting
in.  I didn't think the language of those guidelines
was overly "tree-hugging".

And let's be honest -- nobody else put their hand up
to do it.  So thank you for giving it a crack.
