[wlug_org] Hard Disk

Hi All...

I currently have the hard-drive and enclosure here at home (and have had
since the beginning of the year). I will be bring it to the next meeting
with me.

I'm also going to start the ball rolling by suggesting that we have a
consensus as to who looks after the drive and enclosure. I personally =
don't
mind looking after it since I have a safe place here at home to store it
between meetings (if people don't mind).

I have arranged with Jamie D to drop his HDD back to him. I would =
suggest
that we get a new drive between now and the next meeting and I can copy =
the
contents back from my hard-drive to it for everyone's use at the =
meetings.

I am currently unsure how full the drive is, but I will find out this
weekend when I backup it's contents to my hard-drive.

Who currently has it?


I suggest that you come to the next meeting (with a screwdriver), and =
the
person with the drive bring it.=20




We could get a 40 GB drive or something to fit it. Also, it needs to be =
more
accessable - ie: at every meeting, have someone looking after it, with =
all
the latest iso's on it, so if you need a distro you can simply burn from =
it.
