[wlug_org] Request for hard disk to be returned

Would a replacement of the same size brand bo acceptable.  It will
probably be easier and quicker for you if we provide you with a
replacement.

If the org list and you both agree I will arrange for one to be sent to
you and get a reimbursement from the Lug.
