sure, a while ago I built a system into the site, which allows anyone
with a user account to vote.

However, like anything on the internet it could be abused by people
double-registering. That said, I do track registrations, so anyone who
registers will be noticed by me. So I'd rate it as a 'Fairly reliable
voting system.

Currently, the mailing list automatically sends out the monthly email.
