That would involve us deciding on who that person is. I think we
actually need to have someone nominated. I imagine that this could be
worked out at a meeting. What it involves is some agreement on a broad
basis.

btw, people have asked where I've been. My wife and I have had our
second child. Hectic is an excellent verb for my current situation.
