[wlug_org] Jamie Dobbs has left the building . . . again!

I don't think that people subscribing and unsubscribing from this list is
really a thing for public consumption.  I don't see broadcasts when other
people join or leave.

Sure I would be curious (if I cared), but if I didn't know he joined or
left I just wouldn't know to be curious about it.
