Since this date is approaching quickly (5 days to ago) I want to let
Auldhouse know where they should go, and who they should be talking to
at the meeting to get things arranged (eg, data projector use).

Who's the meeting guy/introduction guy/whatever?

Are there any other instructions I should be giving them?
