Great, I've just volunteered you :-)

I've sent an email to the two Auldhouse people who were going to come
reminding them of the meeting, and giving them my details and your name
as contacts.

If this is going to be possible, I'll let the Auldhouse people know in
advance so it's not just a big surprise.
