With regards to Chris's email, I think I know what park you are talking
about... I'm not sure if usage of that is permitted. That would be good,
but it's a very open, public place, with often lots of sports groups. I
don't particularly fancy a soccer ball for lunch. ;-) And I'm not sure
about the alcohol laws on public land...

I'll go for Michael's place - it's tried and tested and has good parking
and wheelchair access - unless there are any objections? If the
attendees get too many, I might need to consider moving it, but I don't
think that will be very likely.

What date would suit most people best? A weekend or a weekday?

Some possible dates:

Sunday 11, Monday 12, Friday 16, Saturday 17


Any of these dates is fine by me, if I get a ride from someone else.
Otherwise, Sunday 11th and Saturday 17 are best for me, as I should be
able to get transport on those days.
