hi all,

had an idea,

shall I download all the winmodem drivers I can think of for all the
distros we are using?

some distros have some winmodem drivers in them, but not always, and
getting winmodem drivers installed is very hard for newbies. (I remember
trying to get my modem working when I started...)

then we could burn them to one CD and install them on pc's which have
winmodems.

I just need to know the version of each distro we are using, and ideally
the version of kernel each distro is using. I will download the source,
but binary packages save time and don't require the kernel source and
compiler to be installed.
