My impression of the replies here (and privately) is that everyone (a)
agrees something has to be done, and (b) seems fairly comfortable with
the proposed group.  So the next thing to do is pick some people and get
things under way.

I'd suggest:
- Jeremy (because he's already doing it, and doing a good job)
- Brent Wood
- Tony Wills

(The latter two because they're both quite active on the lists, level 
headed, and I think respected by Wellylug in general.)

Brent, Tony, are you willing to help Wellylug in this way?
