But because the Wellylug is not a legal entity (ie; an incorporated
society, company or person), it cannot own a domain name (or any other
property for that matter).  Thus it has to be held in trust by a legal
entity in this case Donald.

Perhaps the NZOSS would be a better option for holding the Wellylug
domain name on behalf of the Wellylug.
