because the latest discussion have been over this advertising issue,
which is not open to change. At all.

Wellylug is perfectly open to change.
But change only happens if someone actually does want to do it. It's not
much good saying that "we should do X Y Z", if you aren't interested in
actually helping to doing it.
And infact, I don't run wellylug. No one really does. I organise the
meetings and the website, and generally try to keep things going. But I
don't "control" Wellylug.

I don't recall saying anything about the mailing list not being
important. Ever.

I am not going to continue this discussion any further, because I am
sick and tired of some of the people on the list, and unless these
particular people come up with a reasonable proposal to whatever their
wants are, I'm not interested in talking with them.
