Plus, there is an assumption that those nominated to moderate the list are
infact _trusted_ to do so. We give them the responsibility because we
_don't_ feel the need to second guess their decisions.
So if its someone that you don't trust NOT to enforce their personal
ideals, maybe we shouldn't be giving em the job?
