Sorry folks, Telstra appear to wait until I left down for the day before 
stuffing up our IP address.

For my logs looks as though the connection was lost sometime after 5am this 
morning, briefly re-appeared at 2:11pm then gone again.  Spent forty 
minutes on phone with Telstra (ok, some of that time was waiting for the 
phone to be answered), trying three different computers (had to be running 
Windows of course ;-) and three different cables before they tried giving 
me an address on a different router - worked straight away, so I accepted 
the change ... downside is that we'll have to wait for the website IP 
address change to propogate through the system.

The connection reliability isn't exactly up to proffessional 
standards,  but I'd say we've been getting on average about one significant 
(greater than 30 minutes) outage every 2 months.
