ICQ & FTP firewall scripts

Howdi,

I'm trying to set up my wall to include ftp(client only) and icq
access, but I've not had too much success and I want to make sure I am
not leaving any holes which are too big.

Does anyone have any sample scripts which are easy to follow for this
purpose? the only ones I have found so far are a tad difficult to get
to work...
