Hi James

FTP is easy, you don't need to allow any ports in, just make sure you set
your FTP client to use passive mode.

For ICQ I've just allowed all UDP connections from port 4000, I guess this
could be a security risk (I don't run any processes that use UDP on
my firewall), but I'm not sure how else you would get around
it? Maybe listing all the ICQ server IP addresses?
