[wellylug] MEETINGS - An idea for a new format:

Given the feedback received I'd like to propose the following for meetings
starting in December:

The house that we are going to be moving into soon has a good sized rumpus
room/office that we could use for meetings. I would estimate that it would
hold 6-8 (maybe more) people reasonably comfortably and propose that we
trial having a meeting here in December. (the only possible down side is
that our house is in Grenada Village [right up the back of Newlands], so it
is possible that access could be a problem for some people - thoughts?).

I will provide more detail in November (as that will give me time to get
settled in the home and work things out). The reason that I suggest we do
this in December is that we have the room at J'ville booked till then.

Any thoughts on this, or suggestions of other locations gratefully received.
