Nobody is in charge per se, so if you keep posting back your results here
everyone can see and if we get a likely venue we can call for agreement, and
roll the ball from there.

I asked Jan, they can, but at $100/night.

Has anyone got a list of rooms etc from Wgtn CAB? They have a list with
contacts which may be worth following up. 

Is anyone sort of in charge of finding rooms??
