[wellylug] Venue? e-vision

I am going to ask my boss if it can be held at my work.  We have a
meeting room with whiteboard/data projecter...

I have never been to a meeting yet, can someone tell me:

1. How many ppl attend?
2. Which night is it?
3. What time is it usually?
