[wellylug] ftp connexion refused

Hi,

I installed Wu-ftp on one of my linux box.
I keep getting a "connexion refused" and end up with a ftp>

I had a look over various Wu-ftp configuration on web pages and did not find 
any particular errors.

Anything else that may lead to this access denied ?
A basic configuration example would be welcome anyway. So at least I can 
compare.
