[wellylug] strange user problem

I created a new user on my otherwise trusty unstable debian box so I
could have a play with Gnome 2.

Mozilla, Galeon, and the Nautilus html viewer all segfault with this
user, and this user alone! My usual login and my girlfriend's login both
can run mozilla/galeon no problem.

Interestingly, an un-debianised mozilla build works fine, as does
Netscape and everything else.

I can't think of anything unusual about this new user. Any ideas?
