[wellylug] Warchalking in Wellington

Hi,

When walking the dog tonight, I was surprised to see at the end of my
(Thorndon) street a circle of symbols chalked on the footpath, with an
arrow in the center pointing down the intersecting street.

Is it possible that wardriving and warchalking have finally hit sleepy
windy Wellington?

Is it time to chow down on some Pringles and mount the can on my roof?
If that marking is correct, then I'd definitely have good LOS to a
nearby AP.
