[wellylug] Change of career path?

I'm currently looking at trying to update my skillset so that I can get a
new job. At this stage I'm thinking of getting into Network Security
(firewalls etc.) and wonder what advice some of you might have on how to get
some skills (and maybe qualifications) in this area.
