I've just downloaded NCDware 3.5 from the ftp site:

ftp.ncd.com/pub/pcx/Special/hans/NCDWare35.tar.Z

It's a 45meg file, so beware :-)

It contains images for all terminals supported by that release, which
includes all the ones you mentioned.

I found the email I got when I asked for help with my 19r back in
November last year, and it referred me to that url (though you won't
find it if you follow down through the directories - there must be
something hidden in there). I work on the assumption that anything in
/pub/ is fair game unless marked otherwise, and the email didn't suggest
I shouldn't share the info.

Hopefully I'll get to the meeting; I'll have to confirm closer to the
time (9/9, right?). If so, I'll try & get my laptop set up with a tftp
server to boot from. It won't provide stunning application performance,
though, because it's only a P100.
