Linux Installfest

Wellington Linux User Group (WellyLUG), sponsored by Silicon Systems
Ltd,
invites you and all your friends a Linux Installfest.
The Installfest will be on Sunday 4th May from 9am to 1pm. It will take
place on the premises of Silicon Systems Limited, 73 Sydney Street,
Petone.
There is plenty of off-street parking available so all are welcome.
The Installfest is an opportunity for anyone curious about Linux to come
and
see it first-hand and even to have it installed - by experts - onto
their
own PC.

Dymocks Bookshop will have a range of books available on Linux and the
many programs available for this fast growing operating system.

Linux is a free operating system for PC's. Combined with Open Source
applications at low to no cost, and compatibility with Microsoft Office
documents, Linux offers freedom from licensing costs, viruses, and
superior
performance from your PC.
