[wellylug] single-task internet :(

Greetings...

Ever since I had to replace the modem from external 56k to internal PCI
(HCF) modem on my linux router I've noticed my internet became
"single-tasked". I can only have one transfer at a time: if I am
downloading file - I cannot browse web (DNS timeout), and I can only have
one download at any time.

This is no joy at all :( I didn't change any firewall settings, only the
modem device (from /dev/ttyS3 to /dev/ttySHCF0).

Where to look ?
