While on my travels overseas I picked up a Linux powered 
palmtop/handheld, the Sharp Zauras 5500, I am trying to
get it to sync with linux at the momment, unfortunatly Sharp put all 
their efforts into syncing with Windows so thats pretty easy.
 As with anything open source there is a great community of people 
involved with this project, free OS's, programms etc.
 It wasn't too expensive either about $450 (thats with the wallet).  If 
you or anyone is intersted at haveing a look at it I can bring it
to the next LUG meeting.
