[wellylug] Problem with reiserfs

Hi,

I am trying to use reiserfs for the first time. When I put a filesystem
on /dev/hc1 a 40MB primary partion (to used as /boot in an otherwise LVM
/ REISER system)

mkreiserfs /dev/hdc1 works OK ... BUT

I get 84% used with an empty disk ?? (as seen with df)

Anyone have experience with reiser v3.6.11
