Thanks for that Damon. Overall it looks like the C3 is lower performance per
clock cycle than even the Celeron.
One question: there is a Winstone chart that says that a 1.7Ghz P4 Celeron
is slower than a 1Ghz Celeron (27% slower in fact). Does that ring true to
you lot?

Looks good for developing countries and micro case devices though.
