Hi again Damon, and hi Jonathon,
Thanks for the info. I'll check that file Damon (hopefully can remember
of find previous instructions for how).
The memtest would not oad. Tried in floppy option of bootloader but got
told "Non-system or disk error. Replace and strike any key when ready."
Went to Mandrake to see if could download it there and then try, but
disconnects from internet before I even get a change to write a URL.
Does the fact that RedHat 8.0 and Suse 7.1 installed from CD preclude
memory problems?
