[wellylug] printer/install package problems

Hello,

It's me again!  Please don't cringe - you all solved the last problem. 
 Many thanks.

Now - I went to Mandrake Control Cetre to configure printer.  I have an 
Epson Stylus Colour 600 which, according to hardware info, is supported 
in Mandrake.  I get this message, which obviously relates to the install 
being via ftp at work by a colleague.

"There was an error downloading packages
ftp://dionstoywork//Linux/Mandrake/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/foomatic-2.0-0.20020913.1mdk.i586.rpm

error: couldn't resolve host."

This  repeated with printer-utils etc.

The log at the bottom of the screen says packages installed.  Waited 15 
minutes and nothing happened.  Wouldn't close, and used Ctrl Alt Del to 
reboot to Windows.

So - it is to do with the ftp install and some pathway I have - I suppose?

Why does does this have to be so difficult?
