Ive heard good things about and used to support it at work but didnt use it when we did an upgrade as it required php, I gave open webmail ( http://www.openwebmail.org/ ) a go which I like because it has minimal dependancies - ie perl and apache. I know horde is successfully deployed in large environments - ie the university of Otagos webmail and is pretty feature rich. We were using an older version of our ISP users at my work but I moved over to openwebmail. Openwebmail is good for deploying on a mailserver to provide webmail access to local pop mboxes while horde/imp and squirellmail require more setup but are slightly more feature rich, ie they can run on a seperate server and retrieve mail on other servers via imap etc.
