Probably true almost all of the time, but I do know of people in
business who really appreciate being able to get an answer from a
mailing list or even the developer of a free software program in a
matter of minutes!

BTW Volker, I see IBM has finally pulled the plug on Linux ViaVoice :( 
Not surprising but sad all the same.  I wonder if we should write a
little piece for newsforge?
