I think you miss the point. It's targeted at business, not you.
Businesses need to employ someone for real $$ to install it, and more
importantly, look after it. Businesses pay for solutions to their
problems, they don't care so much about politics, and by the looks of
it, initial price. Relying on an internet newsgroup where you may or
may not get an answer is outside of what businesses are used to I
imagine. Those commercial server products of Linux vendors are also a
lot more integrated, and preconfigured to the likely use in
medium-sized business as opposed to home. Your time to fiddle may be
cheap, a business' is not.

Rightly so. Business doesn't have time for BS like "the last security
update broke my XYZ". The latest version is no important. Someone
mentioned the corporate world moaned when Microsoft reduced their
product support time span to 4 years - gives you an idea about time
frames in business.
