This will be non-effective (spammers only post once before being nuked).
I'm afraid the only solution to your problem is "use your brain when
blacklisting/deleting email". You choose what to delete, you put up with
your own choice. If you like your email, be careful. Just like with
deleting files really.

Spamassassin is very easy to use via procmail, you don't need root for
this. You can also easily save a copy of incoming mail with procmail,
this saves you when playing with mail filtering. Unfortunately procmail
isn't totally for beginners. I don't think there's a way yet to include
spamassassin in the process by clicking on something in some GUI
somewhere.
